Put the tie around your neck as usual

Wrap the tie around your neck as per the regular four in hand knot

Open our tie clip (or, as we call it because of its shape, the nasino (small nose) and insert it into the front loop of the tie

Close the plastic band of the tie clip around and behind the tie. Lower the wide end of the tie!
